If you're feeling under the weather, have a fever, or suspect you've been exposed to something contagious, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. As a small independent business, we appreciate your help in keeping both our human and feline clients healthy and happy.
All cats must arrive in a secure carrier. For safety reasons, we cannot accept cats outside of a carrier. If we arrive and your kitty is not safely secured, we may be unable to provide service and charges may apply.
Prior to the pandemic, we welcomed clients inside the grooming van. Unfortunately, the space is simply too small to safely accommodate additional people while maintaining appropriate distancing and airflow. While we miss being able to share the experience, the van is now reserved exclusively for cats and grooming staff. We hope to once again welcome visitors in the future when Kittington's eventually expands into a larger salon space with better airflow and more room for humans and felines alike.
